Pledge Card
On the top right hand corner of the Pledge Card, you may furnish us with either your Membership number OR Identity Card (IC) number. Do let us know whether you would like to receive a pledge statement at the end of financial year and remember to sign your pledge card.
With the new pledge envelope, you do not need to write your name. In replacement of your name, provide us with either your Membership number OR Identity Card (IC) number. To help us, please write legibly within the box.
